Ronald Sukenick - Publisher of the <em>American Book Review</em> and a founder of <em>Fiction Collective</em> Ronald Sukenick was an American writer and literary theorist. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He studied at Cornell University, and wrote a doctorate on English literature at Brandeis University. He was founder and publisher of American Book Review and a founder of The Fiction Collective.
